Add location page

Update and publish Info/FAQ page (#2) Merging "Location" into "Info" along the way, because there was previously a huge overlap in content (a third of "FAQ" was just "look at Location instead"). That made it preferable (imho) to just merge them and maintain a single, browserside-searchable page. Currently the combined page is still reasonably short, so shouldn't be a problem for visitors.
